Job Description:

As our new Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our client's existing Salesforce platform. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholders across various departments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while creating reports that provide valuable insights into business performance.

Experience:
- 5+ years' experience working with large-scale implementations on Salesforce platforms.

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess these skills:

Financial Services Experience - We seek candidates who have worked previously within Financial Services organisations

Gathering Requirements - You must demonstrate proficiency in collecting functional specifications collaboratively between technical teams (IT) & Business Stakeholders

Stakeholder Management - The successful applicant needs competencies dealing professionally through problem solving around issues associated with stakeholder engagement involving CRM operations

Working Arrangement:

This position requires someone willing to work three days per week onsite at the office located centrally near public transportation links whilst offering flexibility regarding remote work arrangements throughout other parts of their working schedule.
