Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 2:30 pm (flexibility required) - potential for some hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the HR team with our fantastic client on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension.

This role would suit a true HR Generalist/ Manager who has a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure and will report directly to the HR Director.

This role is crucial for supporting with various HR related projects including researching specific subjects and requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day employee relations cases, contract onboarding support, and more.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the HR Director, supporting across the full HR spectrum.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing and redundancies.
  • Supporting on various HR related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Generalist, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR related projects as directed
