Our client, a growing TV & Film production group, are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis. Based in West London, the successful candidate will be sitting within a dynamic finance department, responsible for the following tasks:
- Accurately coding and posting all invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders, contracts, or budgets as appropriate (100+ a month)
- Overseeing the production purchase ledger
- Verifying supplier statements against the purchase ledger
- Reconciling card expenses
- Preparing and posting bank payments and transactions
- Conducting supplier payment runs
- Ad-hoc financial tasks
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience in a similar working environment (Film/Media/TV strongly preferred)
- Intermediate Excel or higher
- Confident communicator
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong attention to detail
- Working on a 1 weeks notice or immediately available
