Learning Mentor

I am working with a forward thinking provision catering to children with complex and additional needs. This is an exciting opportunity to gain insight into the future of how Special Educational Needs provisions will be ran.

The provision consists of three main areas that have created unique curriculums and settings to help the child access education.

The needs of the students are predominately ASC, MLD & Spld. The class sizes are very small and there is a high number of staff in each class to ensure staff are able to work closely with specific children and feel supported by colleagues.

The provision are offering a permanent contract starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of supporting students with additional needs. Being empathetic and passionate when working with children is essential to success with this role.
