We are actively seeking an Assistant Accountant for a well established company in Manchester City Centre.

The main duties include:
- Assist in month end reporting
- Analysing periodic expenditure
- Preparing accruals and prepayments to produce Budget Vs. Expenditure Reports
- Invoice preparation and processing
- Oversight of regular bank reconciliation process
- Supplier Invoicing and payments
- Assist with the resolution of queries from various stakeholders
- Processing bank entries, including all cheques and credit cards
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience of working in a busy finance role
- Experience of assisting with month end reporting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A desire to progress in a finance career
