Our client is a family run business looking to expand their team due to continued growth. In the position of Project Administrator, you will support the operations team and assist with the day to day coordination of orders and projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Opening and closing of the premises
- Accurately input new projects into internal management systems and software
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring key milestones are met
- Distributing project updates and information
- Track new project enquiries, ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems
- Assisting in developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinate logistics including booking crew, transport and accommodation for projects
- Tracking project progress against milestones
- Identify potential risks or issues early and escalate them appropriately to ensure resolution
- Maintaining project databases and reporting systems
- Work with the group team to ensure all business needs are being monitored
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and project briefings
- Support the business's digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Provide day-to-day support to the project delivery team to ensure smooth execution
- Manage and monitor material requirements
Skills required:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
