The Job
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts department and supporting technical staff across the business. You will be managing purchase orders, ensuring timely invoicing of contracts and assisting with credit control. You'll act as a conduit between technical employees, management and clients, supporting high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will manage multiple tasks, support project delivery and ensure all client interactions reflect positively on the company.

The Person
You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a flair for numbers. You should have experience using cloud accounting software (Sage50 beneficial) and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You will have strong administrative, numerical and organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your ability to think outside the box, embrace positive change and deliver accurate results will be crucial to your success in this role.

The Benefits
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £29,675.21 per year, depending on experience. You will also benefit from on-site parking and a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, providing a good work-life balance.
