Job Title: Team Leader
Salary: £14.67ph
Hours: Full Time or Part Time - 7am - 7pm, (3-4 x shifts per week to include alternate weekends plus on call rota)

A little about the home
Located in quaint village 3 miles to the south of Market Harborough. The home is set around an attractive country house, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal and dementia care for 43 residents.
Essential Requirements for Team Leader
- Relevant Professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3).
- Minimum of one years' experience in residential / nursing home setting.
- Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
- To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
- Live within 20 minutes of Market Harborough.
- Full Driving Licence
Well over half our team have a relevant Diploma qualification with another fifth currently studying for one
