Commercial Coordinator

A brilliant opportunity for a Coordinator to become the point of contact for our export accounts across Europe. Your role will focus on efficiently managing customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure our clients receive top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and generate quotations within set timelines.
  • Process purchase orders while adhering to commercial guidelines and procedures.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to understand and relay customer requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team on pricing strategies to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and keep customers informed of any delays.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and provide support to our Business Development Managers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar B2B role, ideally within manufacturing export or international trade.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in email and telephone communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to learn about materials and product selection.

Perks:

  • Competitive salary range of £26-28K.
  • Full-time, office-based position.
  • Regular hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.15 am - 4.45 pm; Friday, 8.15 am - 12.45 pm.
  • Generous holiday allowance of 33 days, including bank holidays.
  • 5% matched pension contribution.
