A brand new Head of Demand Generation role is being recruited in this global B2B organisation as part of significant continued growth. You will be based in the London office to drive lead generation and drive revenue growth.

You'll develop and deliver quality marketing campaigns and data driven insights to optimise performance. You will have a small team of demand generation professionals to lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a demand generation strategy to drive leads and revenue
  • Ensure this strategy is in line with the wider marketing strategy
  • Bring in events as a source of lead generation
  • Identify the target audience and create segmented campaigns for different markets
  • Analyse the industry and competitors to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop a campaign plan to increase leads
  • Oversee the deliver of the multichannel marketing campaigns- email, social, content, advertising and events
  • Manage the demand generation budget
  • Build and lead the demand generation team
  • Analyse performance campaign data to identify insights and make adjustments to improve future campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure future campaign successes

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a demand generation role is essential
  • Strong leadership and team management experience required
  • Skills in marketing automation, content marketing, email, social media and other digital marketing channels
  • Previous use of AI to assist marketing would be useful but not essential
  • Experience with lead scoring, nurturing and conversion. As well as with marketing automation tools to map and track leads
  • Analytical and data driven in your approach
  • A strong understanding of the customer journey
  • Able to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experienced managing budgets
  • B2B marketing experience is needed. Experience in financial services or energy would be useful
