Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Senior Airfreight Import Clerk for a busy Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
Candidates experience must include start to finish (Airfreight imports).
Will be responsible for, and will need to have already gained experience with the following:-
- Customs Clearance of airfreight shipments using CDS (Our operating system is Sequoia)
- Coordinating with handling agents at LHR to obtain release of cargo
- Arrange collections from LHR and deliveries to clients, nationwide
- Quoting clients and overseas agents
- Administration including raising invoices, and passing suppliers invoices for payment
- Strong understanding of quality customer service, as this is what our business is built on.
Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700
