Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation in the Crawley area to recruit a Credit Controller on an initial 4-6 month initial contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team during a busy period, with a particular focus on reducing aged debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing outstanding payments and building strong relationships with customers via email and phone
- Allocating incoming payments accurately
- Producing customer statements and receipts
- Monitoring and updating payment plans as necessary
- Running weekly Debtors Reports, ensuring all information is current and detailed
- Assisting with the credit control process across all entities, escalating issues when required
- Reconciling refundable deposits
Ideal Candidate:
- Available to start immediately or within the next few weeks
- Recent and relevant experience in credit control
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
