My client, a fast growing business in the Portsmouth area, are looking for a commercial finance analyse to support their expanding team. This role will undertake extensive finance modelling and analysis to support the wider business in key strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and improve financial models within Power Bi and Excel
- Design and implement robust data models to enhance efficiency across the business
- Collaborate and business partner across internal teams
- Utilise advanced data analytics tools including Excel
- Analyse and report on KPIs
- Support on Ad Hoc financial analysis and modelling
- Monitor and optimise data models
You will need:
- 3-5 years experience within advanced finance and data modelling, financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (inc macros, functions and pivot tables.
- Accountancy qualification and understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to details,
- Highly effective communication skills at all levels
