This hospitality and leisure company is looking for a recruiter to support the HR function in the recruitment of key staff. You will play an integral role in identifying top talent across several functions within the company. The company has a European presence and is opening sites this year so it's an exciting time to be joining.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will recognise the needs of the business and be proactive in your approach around identifying suitable people. As well as recruitment, you will be promoting the brand at recruitment events, working closely with agencies, data analysis and ad-hoc responsibilities.
Coming from a recruitment background, you could be someone who is looking to step into their first in-house role. Alternatively, you could be someone with experience working in an in-house role.
The role is paying up to £35,000. The role is based in their head office in Farnham, Surrey. Please note there is hybrid working in place.
