Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holland and Barrett are undertaking an ambitious transformation, underpinned by a Hub and Distribution development programme to ensure we have the most engaging and collaborative facilities and customer fulfilment centres to become the destination for wellness serving our target customers and helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the property development programme within the Central Hub in Nuneaton, working with a team to oversee the planning, execution of projects in line with the critical path and within budget.

The Role:

The Purpose of the Role:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Delivery of numerous programmes and end to end accountability for property related projects.
  • Budget management on projects - working alongside quantity surveyors and internal finance functions to ensure projects are accurately costed from the outset and delivered within agreed budgets.
  • Sole accountability of bespoke projects and schemes such Hub development projects.
  • Management of the supplier base- including all contractors and external consultants.
  • Accountable for providing regular communication and reporting on project and programme progress- this includes project updates, status reports, and the overall programme reporting to all levels of the business.
  • Presenting programme updates to a variety of stakeholders up to board level.
  • Continual assessment of the quality of delivery continually ensuring snagging levels reduced.
  • Continual review of potential risk and development of mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practice.

The Person:

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics/retail development and project management.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver construction rollouts (preferably within retail)
  • E2E Programme and project management.
  • Experience managing budgets.
