Premier Work Support is pleased to be partnering with a luxury bathroom showroom who are looking for a permanent Business Development Manager in the Birmingham area.
Duties:-
- To proactively generate Trade leads & sales in Birmingham and surrounding area. Build lasting relationships with Developers, Architects & Designers promoting the brand.
- To meet sales targets at appropriate margin requirements
- To pro-actively organise meetings with lapsed Trade accounts and influencers to generate new business, preparing presentations and estimates for these meetings.
- Contact and aim to visit at least 3 new prospects per week.
- Promote the Trade Design Service and the Interior Design Consultancy Service to existing clients and new prospects.
- Create 4 x trade events per year within the showroom to socialise with the professional community.
- To continue to develop the Brand with all you do.
- Liaise with suppliers to gain new leads and to utilise extra discounts.
- Endeavour to resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
- To continually seek to develop your own skills.
- To carry out any other reasonable management request
Skills Required:-
- Experience within the bathroom industry
- A strong flair for selling
- Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills
- Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
- Good organisation skills and ability to work on several jobs at once
This is a field based role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
