Lettings/Office Manager - c£35k + Bonuses - Sidcup (Hybrid)
We're working with a long-established, reputable independent Property Consultancy based in Sidcup.
Specialising in all aspects of Residential Sale, LET and Block Management, they now seek to hire a LET Property / Office Manager as follows:
- A permanent full time role, based in Sidcup but offering part home working once settled.
- Dual responsibility covering both LET Property Management AND office Management
- You will oversee a portfolio of LET Properties, ensuring the needs of Landlords & Tenants are met effectively
- This will include, but not be limited to Rent collection/payment, repairs management, maintenance and compliance (Gas safe etc.) and any other duties as required
- In addition, you will oversee the LET department in an office managerial capacity ensuring staff work to business objectives, directors are kept informed and the office runs as it should in terms of keeping clients satisfied
- LET Property Management experience is key, ideally you will have worked at least 2 years in a similar role locally
- Related qualifications would be beneficial but aren't essential (ARLA etc.)
- Strong system skills important - our client underpins its traditional service values with the latest technology to help streamline process
- Suitable LET Property Manager applicants will come from a stable career background
In addition to flexible working once settled the successful Lettings/Office Manager can expect a basis salary around £35k plus bonuses, the use of a pool car (for property visits) and a genuine career path with investment in training and development.
