SEN Teaching Assistant (with manual handling)

Are you experienced in working with Children with social, emotional, and mental health learning disabilities? We are seeking a Support Assistants who are passionate about engaging children in activities and providing the highest standard of care.
Day-to-day of the role:
Engage children with SEN in educational and stimulating activities that promote their learning and well-being.
Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that caters to the individual needs of each child.
Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.
Monitor and support the children's social and emotional development, implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working with children with social, emotional, and mental health learning disabilities.
A proactive approach to engaging and supporting children with varied needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
A commitment to providing a high standard of care and education.
Manual handling experience is a must.
