Roaming Chef

Rayment Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Roaming Chef to work for our clients' multiple venues across the Suffolk Coast. The successful Roaming Chef will offer support as and when needed across 10 different sites in Suffolk. Whilst not responsible for 1 kitchen day to day the right candidate will be of senior level and have the ability to cook different AA menu's.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering the most incredible culinary experiences
- Directing the food preparation process & delegating tasks
- Cooking & preparing high quality dishes
- Create menu items, recipes & develop dishes
- Supervising, motivating & working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Being responsible for health & safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary & food safety guidelines
