An experienced Administrator is required to join a leading UK law firm to work within the firms Real Estate department. You will be required to have previous administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

The role is full time office based.
Duties include
- Dealing with the post daily
- Assisting legal secretaries to maintain efficient filing and administration systems
- Assist secretaries to create and maintain information
- Scheduling of documents
- File closure
- Assist when required with the preparation of completion documents and presentations
- Typing and amending documents
- Document Production - Photocopying/Scanning/Printing/Binding
