an Oracle Support Consultant to join their dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Prioritizing and managing ticket flow from the Service Desk
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of the knowledge base.
- Trouble shoot and resolve user issues.
- Assist with testing changes and support patch cycles
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Application support environment or similar.
- Basic understanding or end-user experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM, Financials, Procurement modules)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITIL
