Administration & Marketing Assistant

A highly reputable independent company within the professional services sector is looking for an experience Admin and Marketing Assistant to join their team. This a full time permanent position working in centre of Henley on Thames, close to all public transport links. This is office based and is full time hours.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the main duties will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors both in person and over the phone
  • Ensure all office equipment is maintained
  • Assist with finalising reports, presentations and marketing material
  • Make bookings for staff and corporate hospitality events
  • Diary management, booking external and internal meetings
  • Assist the Operations Director with general office admin
  • Ensure CRM system is continuously updated with all relevant data
  • Liaise with external IT provider regarding any internal issues

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years office experience
  • Previous admin or marketing experience would be advantageous
  • Computer literate; confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Reliable, trustworthy and highly professional
  • Flexible worker who is a real team player and has a 'can-do attitude'
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
