A thriving estates company has a new opening for an Office Manager. The Office Manager role involves supporting senior team members with all administrative functions including diary management and scheduling/facilitating meetings, acting as PA to the Project Director and ensuring the smooth running of all other office operations.
- Salary: Up to £43,000

Office Manager responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to the Heads of Departments
- Organising and managing diaries for the senior team including scheduling and facilitating meetings
- Acting as PA to the Director including full management of the diary and meetings as well as running required errands
- Providing administrative support - letters, memos, minutes of meeting, reports, printing, and scanning
- Collating expenses
- Making travel arrangements where required
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
- Managing the IT set up for new starters
- Assisting with recruitment of new staff
- Creating PowerPoint presentations and/or other documents for internal and external meetings
- Preparing and issuing key reports
- Producing private and confidential letters, memos, and documents with the utmost discretion
- Uploading team documents onto SharePoint/ASITE
- Effectively maintaining holiday records and sickness/absence reporting
- Ordering/managing budgets for supplies and consumables
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing monthly H&S inspections and keeping records
- Effectively managing the wider administrative team
- Arranging office events and functions
- Managing meeting set up - catering, refreshments, and printing documents
Office Manager skills/competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Proficient use of software such as Outlook 365, SharePoint, Datascope, IFS System
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
