Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge in a high-growth, innovative company? Are you looking for a role where you can be really hands-on, create meaningful relationships with stakeholders and play a crucial role in servicing key clients?

A fast-paced, private equity backed business are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team in Nottingham, working alongside the Head of Programme Management. Working in a team which manages global projects, you will be part of a dynamic group of people who are motivated to deliver quality products, services & support from the first point of client interaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of platforms to clients, managing projects on a global scale. You will be the key point of communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

You really will be immersed in the company and its clients through this role, developing great working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, assessing and mitigating risk associated to projects, coordinating resources as well as overseeing project budgets, working to manage risk of overspend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers from project initiation to completion.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate resource requirements across departments to meet project demands.
  • Manage the timely delivery of services to customers, ensuring adherence to agreed quality standards, implementation timelines, and contract requirements in collaboration with other departments.
  • Identify and manage variations to the project or contract scope.
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects, working alongside the Finance team to ensure pricing accuracy and managing risks of overspend.
  • Report on and provide regular updates on project progress to both clients and senior management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • A process-driven approach with a strong focus on meeting project deadlines.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • A personable nature, able to connect on a human level to enhance relationships.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools is desirable but not essential.
