The Ideal Candidate:
- A bachelor's degree in education, or a related field.
- Passion for the education and development of KS2 pupils.
- Commitment to following strict safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of supporting pupils, or working in a school setting, is preferable.
The Role
As a KS2 Academic Coach, you will be responsible for the 1-2-1 and small group support of pupils aged 7-11 to ensure that their progression levels rise as they approach their SAT examinations. This role is perfect for a graduate who aspires to lead a successful career in education as you will get a feel for day-to-day school life and an understanding of the teaching world.
