Position: Exams Officer
Location: South West London
About the Role:
As the Exams Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all internal and external examinations. You will be responsible for managing exam timetables, coordinating with teachers, students, and external exam bodies, and ensuring compliance with all examination regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising all aspects of the examination process.
- Liaising with teaching staff, students, and exam boards to ensure accurate administration.
- Managing and updating the exam database, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring the secure handling of exam materials and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
- Supporting students with special requirements and arranging appropriate accommodations.
- Overseeing the distribution of exam results and handling any queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an exams officer previously would be desiarable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in an educational setting or in exams administration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.
