Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include supporting teachers, assisting students with mild SEN requirements, delivering classes to small groups and one-to-one interventions, leading classroom activities, and providing administrative support to teachers as required.
We are looking for applications from those demonstrating a friendly and approachable persona, a strong academic background and a degree in any subject. Communication and interpersonal skills are important and for those without experience we also offer access to Tradewinds Free TA School.
Pay is offered weekly in the first instance and varies depending on school, role and your experience - Schools are often quick to upgrade contracts to permanent roles and quicker access to teacher training.
