HR Advisor
Gainsborough - site based
Up to £35k
Full time and Permanent
The HR Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR Services, including providing best practise HR support and ER advice across the business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as first point of contact to provide high quality advice and guidance to support the management team.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance matters from start to finish.
- Maintain and update company policies, procedures and best practises.
- Creating and delivering relevant in-house training programmes.
- Contribute to HR Projects as and when required.
We are looking for:
- Proven HR experience gained at a generalist capacity.
- Experience gained managing ER casework.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
- Good knowledge of Employment Law.
- Excellent communication and delivery skills.
