Your new company
It is a market leader within their industry. They have appointed Hays to recruit a HR Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator to join their established HR team. This is a full-time permanent position where you will work 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and 8am to 12noon on Friday.

Your new role
As HR Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide administrative support in all areas of the HR function and report directly to the Senior HR Officer. In your role, you will manage end to end recruitment activities across the site. Provide administrative support in all areas across the full "employee life cycle" including but not limited to absence management, recruitment & selection, learning and development, compensation & benefits and employee relations. You will manage the 'Time and Attendance System' including processing annual leave, processing new starts, leavers and agency workers. You will assist payroll in responding to payroll queries in a timely & accurate manner. Support with creating contracts of employment, offer letters and relevant new starter documentation for all new employees and updating existing contracts as required. You will maintain current, accurate and confidential personnel records for all employees, observing data protection requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation and provide assistance to employees in relation to HR enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
As HR Administrator, Recruitment coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a HR Administrator role providing extensive HR Administration support to all functions. You will also have previous recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for a variety of roles. You will be confident communicating with people at all levels via verbal and written form, be proficient in Microsoft suite with experience using Excel. You will have GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.

CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it is advantageous.
