Temporary Office Administrator and Health & Safety Coordinator part-time

Are you an experienced administrator with office management and Health & Safety experience?

If so, we have registered this interesting assignment with one of our clients who work at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation.

This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week, across 4 days.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Office Administrator and Health & Safety Coordinator (part-time) Responsibilities

  • Liaising with third parties to maintain overview of Health and Safety requirements
  • Ensuring legislative compliance with Health and Safety
  • Providing regular Health and Safety reports, and advising staff of any matters concerning preventative measures
  • Ensuring offices are well maintained and functional
  • Providing general administration support to Business Manager e.g. scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing correspondence

Temporary Office Administrator and Health & Safety Coordinator (part-time) Requirements

  • Strong administration or office management experience

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance

  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and undertake a wide rang of tasks of varying responsibility

  • A health and safety qualification (for example NEBOSH National General Certificate) is preferred)

  • Experience in writing risk assessments, COSHH assessments, DSE assessments, policies and water hygiene preferred
