A South Coast, Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy are seeking a reliable, team-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor as they build their Quantity Surveying team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Quantity Surveying and Project Management teams on an impressive array of high-end, luxury hospitality, leisure, and commercial projects across the South Coast, and London.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will provide a full cost management service, pre and post contract, whilst also having the opportunity to do more project management.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
- MRICS or working towards
- Fit out project experience would be a plus
- Client facing
- Would enjoy working in a less corporate environment
- Able to commute to Worthing
