Application Developer
Gloucestershire Contract 12-24 months £550 - £660 per day
Background:
The Client's OneIT team are seeking an Application Developer to deliver new capability which is paramount to various priority workstreams, including collaboration and 'journey to cloud' technology changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, test and deploy data processing to meet customer requirements
- Filter and compliance check data movement between customers/domains
- Deploy and maintain a set of in-house Kubernetes clusters for application deployments in multiple domains
- Maintain NiFi ansible roles for users to spin up their own clusters
- Offer NiFi advice, guidance and training
- Contribute software and infrastructure towards OneIT's innovation effort
- Contribute features and bug fixes to open-source projects in use by OneIT
Required skills and competencies:
