Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a rewarding role in the education sector? Our client (a secondary school in Merton) seeks a diligent Finance Officer to manage school financial transactions using FMS, Weduc/Squid, and Tali. Enhanced DBS Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate queries
- Handle parental purchases and monitor payments
- Manage School Voluntary Fund transactions
- Perform various other finance-related tasks
Requirements:
- Financial knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in FMS, Weduc/Squid, Tali, and Excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Enhanced DBS
Working Hours:
- 08:30 to 16:00 daily - 7 hours per day plus 30 minutes unpaid lunch
