Customer Service Advisor + £24-25k + Permanent role
Our client base in Bacup are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their internal Customer Services team.
Role Description:
- Working in our sales department, working closely with office staff and other areas of the business.
- Dealing with customer orders/enquires.
- Providing admin support top other departments.
- Delivering high levels of customer service.
- Dealing with customer over the phone with confidence.
Skills required:
- IT Skills, word & excel
- Confident with sales /office administration skills
- To be able to understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated with positive energy.
- Attention to detail and ability to retain product knowledge.
- Effective time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm (Early finish on a Friday 4:30pm)
