Our client is a national insurance law firm who are currently recruiting an Intelligence Analyst to join their intel division. This is a full-time position, and you can expect a competitive salary and a hybrid working structure.
Your new role
This Intel Analyst role involves case research and analysis of suspected fraudulent compensation claims using the firm's existing software to screen internal and external databases. You will be required to identify appropriate and relevant intelligence to assist in decision-making. Responsibilities will include developing hypotheses regarding the mechanics of a suspected fraudulent claim and providing intelligence to internal and external customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an intel analyst position at an insurance law firm or insurance firm is essential. Applicants with a legal fee earning background are preferable. You must have excellent communication and computer skills, including full knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products. Knowledge of IBM i2 Analyst Notebook is desirable. Previous experience of insurance claims handling, fraud or intelligence is also desirable.
