Position: New Homes Aftercare Assistant
Hours: 37 hours per week
Type: 12 month fixed-term
Salary: £26,824
About the Role
We are looking for an Aftercare Assistant to support the Aftercare Team with the administration of the 12-months defect period for our new homes. In this role you will be responsible for the general management of the aftercare inbox, raising works orders and assisting with making appointments for visits. You will be the first point of contact for many of our new residents and developers.
About You
You must be organised and have great customer service skills, particularly when dealing with difficult customers. You will be calm and able to juggle a busy workload with changing priorities. You must have excellent IT skills and be able to learn new systems quickly.
Location Details
The role is based at our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees attending the office two days per week.
