Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Officer for a Housing Association based in North Manchester. This is a temporary role, on an initial 3-month contract paying £18 - £22 per hour subject to experience.
The role:
- Provide tenancy management for a patch of properties, undertaking home visits across the patch
- Deal with other areas of housing management including lettings, low-level anti-social behaviour and safeguarding
What you need:
- Experience in a housing management position within social housing
- Driving licence and access to your own car
