Investment Performance Analyst

A leading investment house are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Performance Analyst. This firm prides itself on a commitment to excellence, innovation, and unparalleled client satisfaction.

As an Investment Performance Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for the production and publication of performance returns for the firm. You will assist with the calculation of composite performance returns for various services and identify any outliers or anomalies. Additionally, you will manage the setup, maintenance, and archiving of performance groups.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Performance Group Management: Compile new performance groups for new clients and services, maintain these groups, and archive where appropriate.
  • Performance Methodologies: Demonstrate a solid understanding of performance methodologies, including the construction of composite performance across multiple portfolios
  • Performance Reporting: Produce and disseminate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance returns.
  • Support: Assist Advisers and the Operations team with any queries regarding performance measurement.
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams to enhance performance and risk reporting tools.
  • Development: Continuously evolve and develop the performance and risk reporting function.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • 1-2 Years in an analyst role
  • Relevant experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Educated to at least A-level or equivalent, preferably in subjects related to Maths and/or Statistics.
