I am partnering exclusively with an organisation based in Basingstoke to recruit an additional People Partner to join their team. Due to the nature of work, this is a confidential hire.
Your new role
My client is looking for a proven HR generalist with experience of supporting change projects. You will be supporting the Senior HR team in carrying out change projects. You will also be partnering with your client group of c220 people. This is a true business partnering role!
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous partnering experience as well as in-depth HR experience. You will have experience supporting change projects (not necessarily running the process) and solid employee relations experience. My client can move quickly to hire this role, but will wait for the right person.
What you'll get in return
My client embraces hybrid working, with 2 office days per week. The day rate is between £250-£300 per day and the role is within IR35.
My client has private parking and is very commutable from Basingstoke train station.
