They are looking for a technically capable individual who can serve as a critical link between their distribution partners and their internal engineering teams.
This is not a typical commercial "salesperson" role — they are looking for someone who can engage deeply with both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the business to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, relationship management skills, and the ability to support the delivery of tailored, high-quality solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical sales support: Engage with distributors and end customers to understand their needs, propose technical solutions, and guide projects from enquiry to delivery.
- Distributor management: Build and maintain strong relationships with their global network of distribution partners.
- Internal liaison: Act as the bridge between distributors/customers and their engineering team, translating commercial needs into technical solutions. Prepare initial budget quotations and technical documentation to assist local sales offices with rapid-response business planning.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in conducting product training, demonstrations, and technical seminars is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
