?? Technical Support and Troubleshooting
?? Provide on-site technical support
?? Remote Assistance: Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers
?? Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues
?? System Maintenance and Upgrades
?? Routine Maintenance
?? Software Updates: Install and test firmware and software updates
?? Hardware Upgrades
Engineering knowledge and qualifications:
Software/Mechanical/Engineering
? Linux experience ? Networking experience (e.g. IP, network architectures)
? Programming experience, understanding of programming practices (C++ ideally)
? Aviation/flight operations experience
? Piloting experience
? Complex technical resolution
