Customer Service Advisor

An established local company are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team within a new role. With previous customer service experience, you will be supporting the team in handling complaints and providing solutions. Based in Bicester the company pride themselves on offering excellent service to all customers and would like a candidate who is ready to step into a busy role and make it their own.

The hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Support the admin team.
  • Handle all queries and complaints, offering relevant solutions or alternatives in a timely manner.
  • Build ongoing relationships and trust.
  • Communicate frequently with customer and internal departments.
  • Collect updated information logging all relevant information on the CRM.

Personal Attributes:

  • Have previous customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner.
  • Be a strong problem solver.
  • Work well in different situations and be able to adapt to customer needs.
  • Show good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multi-task efficiently, being able to work to time constraints.
  • Confidently use computers and be able to learn new systems where required.

Offering £24,000-£26,000 per annum with 23 days holiday plus bank holidays this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing customer service skills in a growing company. Due to this being a new role the duties may alter to fit the needs of the company.
