Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 OTE £35,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, 1 sat in 3 - 9am 4pm 1 day off in Lieu when a Saturday is worked.
Our client is an independent Estate Agency with offices in Hertfordshire, they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team- This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a great agent.
Candidates will be a well presented, dynamic, self-motivated and someone who can always provide a great service.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate, look for ways to optimise every single opportunity and be determined to succeed at this high level!

Duties:
- Book and carry out viewings.
- Property maintenance
- Property inspections
- Checkouts
- Negotiate deals with landlords.
- Marketing/touting
- Board management
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in Letting property in this area.
- Ability to generate new business.
- Resilient, positive, and friendly
- A Full UK driving licence holder.
- Must have own car and insure for business use.
