Business Support Administrator

Our client is a non-profit organisation working with people to support their health and wellbeing. Established for over 30 years, they have provided services alongside a variety of statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) colleagues in Surrey and its boarders. They are currently looking for an experienced

Administrator

to work within the Operations team.

Salary

: £24,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience

Hours:

35 hours a week (generally 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

Duration:

Permanent

Our client, are a non-profit organisation working with people who are dealing with issues stemming from drug and alcohol misuse and mental health. They have been running for over 30 years and provide fantastic services throughout Surrey.

As the Business Support Administrator you will work within the Business Support team, providing administration support to a range of functions whilst taking on other tasks to support the smooth running of the charity. Some areas you will support in are (but not limited to) facilities, IT and compliance. You will be producing accurate records, logs and schedules, maintain specific databases, co-ordinate the business support functions and service contracts (telephones, alarm, IT cleaning) and more..........

This is varied role working within a team that offer a great service to the community and to those that need support with their mental health and wellbeing.

Our ideal applicant will have/be;

  • Previous administration / business support experience
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and some experience with PowerPoint
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work adhere to processes whilst prioritising and managing own workload
  • Able to demonstrate a positive solution orientated and flexible approach to you work
  • Caring and empathic nature
