We are seeking a RGN qualified Home Manager for a 20 bedded elderly nursing home near Sutton, Surrey.
You will be working for an established company which offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression. They are willing to bring in a candidate looking for that first opportunity to take on a Home Manager role and full training will be provided on the job. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager who will guide you as you take on this new challenge
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff
- Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
Home Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience working within Elderly Nursing Homes
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Experience working with elderly and dementia residents
- The confidence and desire to lead a team and strive for excellent standards of care
