Elevation Sales division has partnered with a leading FM business to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director.
The Sales Director will lead the Sales and Marketing teams in driving revenue growth organically and through acquisition of new clients and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
This role is pivotal to expanding market share, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Experience & Skills required:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably from associated FM industry sectors
- Proven track record of success in new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account management
- Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a sales team to exceed targets
- Ability to foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales pipeline management
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong organisational and project management skills
