Our client, a leading organisation in Sleugh, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable R&D Systems Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team.
£165 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the business units by collaborating with Regional Functional Experts.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvements by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define testing scripts and ensure effective delivery of requirements.
- Support Data Custodians with data analysis and provide insights for traceability issues or regulatory queries.
- Act as a second point of escalation for system issues to end users and as a first point of escalation to key users.
- Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials for end users.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve system issues and bugs.
- Work closely with the Digital Technologies team on system changes and impact assessment.
- Support the deployment of new capabilities by executing data and process analysis.
- Manage deployment-related development requests and service tickets.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science or IT systems, or equivalent in food safety/food science or related subject area.
- Experience with R&D or Quality systems preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
