We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to company standards and procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator/ in manufacturing environment is essential.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required.
