About the Role:
As a Temporary Lettings Assistant, you'll play a key role in assisting with property viewings, administrative tasks, and supporting property managers with day-to-day operations.
FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Assist with general admin tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Support property managers with various tasks, from key cutting to admin work.
- Help with the 'Student Change-over', assisting students with check-ins and check-outs.
What We're Looking For:
- No experience necessary- full training will be provided.
- A confident, outgoing individual with great time management skills.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively, ensuring punctuality for appointments.
- Proactive with the ability to use your initiative and think on your feet.
- A driver with your own vehicle is essential to travel to and from viewings.
- Enthusiastic, highly organized, and most importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fun environment!
