Our client requires a Content and Communications Manager to work with their team to develop and execute communication strategies and campaigns that engage and raise awareness of the business' purpose and goals. You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Experience in creating content for various channels (digital and face-to-face).
- Strong relationship management skills, including building relationships, influencing, and negotiating.
- In-depth knowledge of communications best practices.
- Ability to comprehend complex and technical information and translate it into engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in executing successful communications activities and campaigns.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to measure the impact of activities and use insights to shape future communications strategies.
In this role you will also be responsible for:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement our communications strategy, creating content that amplifies our key messages and utilizes our internal and external channels effectively.
- Design and execute communications plans that align with our objectives, using a variety of creative and compelling content.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand the projects and activities that need impactful communications support.
- Incorporate metrics into all activities to contribute to an overall data-driven understanding of communications impact and use these insights to inform future communications efforts.

Salary: £301.57 - £376.97 (PAYE) per day OR £400 - £500 (UMB/LTD) per day
